Course description:

  • Safety Management is defined: what it is, what are its goals, how to perform it, and why it is important.
  • The duties of the senior management team, supervisors, safety officers, and employees are discussed.
  • Review the tools that measure safety performance; describe a loss run report, and explain how to conduct a proper loss analysis.
  • Explain the organizational resources where loss information can be found.

This course may be bundled with Accident Investigation Parts 1 & 2, Safety and the Supervisor, Learning the GISO’s, Workers Compensation for Supervisors, and Developing Effective Control Measures to complete  the Safety Management Training Series.
