This course provides a brief overview of the key roles and responsibilities for PERMA member agencies to comply with the ADA and related accessibility standards and regulations. This briefing is an abbreviated version of Roles, Responsibilities & Strategies for ADA Compliance and focuses on key compliance requirements. Planning and strategies to minimize claims and litigation are discussed.
