Agendas
Document Navigation Assistance:
PERMA agendas are frequently lengthy due to the amount of supporting documentation included in the agenda packets. Cover memos describing the items for Board consideration, however, are drafted to be concise and are usually less than 2-3 pages each. To assist the Board with reviewing and navigating the agenda packet, the documents are equipped with the bookmark feature enabled. The bookmarks indicate the first page of each individual agenda item and its attachments. To utilize this feature:
- Open the PDF document
- Select View, Show/Hide
- Click on Navigation Panel and select Bookmarks
